Effective December 1, 2025, the open access fee will increase from 300.00 USD to 600.00 USD. Manuscripts submitted on or after this date will be charged the new rate of 600.00USD per article. Manuscripts submitted before November 30, 2025 can take advantage of the old rate of 300.00 USD if paid on or before December 31, 2025.
